A bit about myself
My name is Flávio and I am Designer based in Brasília, Brazil. Over the last years I have immersed myself in the User Experience studies in order to understand how people use the products I design.
Ever since I was a child, I've had a passion for creating and exploring. One of my most cherished projects is a world map I drew at age nine, inspired by my fascination with the World Atlas.
Explore new points of view
Travelling is a necessity for me. I love being in touch with new horizons, discover new cultures and meeting people from different backgrounds. I am lucky to live in a big country with an immense cultural diversity, this has taught me that I have a lot to learn from others.

During my free time I like to be learning something new, I do this by reading books about history, science fiction or watching documentaries. Books like Brave New World by Aldous Huxley help me understand how society works, and Cosmos, by Carl Sagan, how the Universe works and how we can build a better place for everyone.
Roots
I was born and raised in a futurist city. Brasília is an open museum of modern architecture, a city designed to be the capital, where the landscape is filled with the creativity of human power, but it only tickles the vastness of the sky. My city has a big horizon where we are able to watch sunsets, full moons, stars... this has shaped my way of thinking and also my work.
